The online application at the University of Free State and Walter Sisulu University is FREE. What an impressive and progressive move by both these universities! I hope other universities can follow suit. It is no secret that many people are locked out of applying to as many universities as they wish they could or even applying at all because of the application fees. If each of these medical schools charged a minimum of R100 that would be at least R900 required. Almost 1/4 of the minimum wage!
